16.5. Listening to music using Spotify®
You can play audio files from the Spotify® music streaming
service using the Internet radio. You must have installed
the Premium version of the Spotify app on your smart-
phone or tablet PC, and the Internet radio and the device with the Spotify app must
be logged into the same network.
Install Spotify
 Open Google Play or the Apple App Store and search for the term Spotify.
 Install the Spotify app on your smartphone or tablet PC. Make sure you follow
the installation instructions on the screen.
 Subscribe to the Spotify® Premium account.
NOTICE!
An Internet connection is required in order to install the Spotify applica-
tion.
The Premium version of the Spotify app is subject to a charge.

Selecting and playing music tracks
The Internet radio and the device with the Spotify app installed are logged into the
same network.
 Press the MODE button, then turn the NAV dial or press the /
the remote control to select the Spotify mode. Confirm your selection by press-
ing the OK button.
 Start the Spotify app on your smartphone or tablet PC and log in.
 Select the desired music track and start it.
 Click VERFÜGBARE GERÄTE.
The available output devices are then displayed.
 Select your Internet radio (MEDION and the MAC address of the device are dis-
played by default).
 The music track is played through the speakers of the Internet radio.
