19. Warranty
The factory will supply the machine ex works and according to the manufacturer's conditions of sale and supply.
The manufacturer has to be informed about visible defects immediately, but within 8 days at the latest.
The appropriate regulations for the prevention of accidents are decisive for the application of the machines.
In principal the regulations for the prevention of accidents „Works with jet streams VBG 87" have to be respected.
The owner and the operator of the machine are responsible for its equipment.
The operating instructions are part of the machine according to the currently valid law.
Therefore make sure that the lines on the front page (type, Number of series and date of purchase) are being filled in either by
the dealer or by the purchaser at the moment of the delivery of the machine.
The factory will deliver the machines ready for operation.
The manufacturer however has no control over the proper installation (adjustment of the safety valves, the flow control device,
correct conduit of the additional air and the exhaust gas, adjustment of the burner according to the available type of gas).
The manufacturer cannot assume liability for defects or damages resulting from non-expert installation. Otherwise the legal
one-year-warranty is valid in case of correct installation.
