Problem
The squeegee does not dry
The detergent solution does not come down
evenly on the brushes.
The detergent solution does not come down or
only a small amount comes out on the brushes
The machine does not clean well
The machine does not start
The machine does not start or it stops suddenly

NOTE
Never use fuses of a higher value, you risk causing damage to the system. If the fuses blow repeatedly, this means the machine has a defect.
Contact an AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE.
TROUBLESHOOTING {1/2}
Cause
Worn squeegee rubber blades
Squeegee clogged
A foreign object has become wedged in
the squeegee
Vacuum hose clogged
Squeegee poorly adjusted
Water drain hose cap open
Vacuum motor blown
Vacuum motor brushes worn
Squeegee not lowered at start-up, faulty actuator.
Dirty water vacuum fi lter, clogged
Recovery tank cover gaskets, damaged
Water supply hoses on the brushes, clogged
Water supply hoses on the brushes, clogged.
Water supply hoses on the brushes, crushed.
Water fi lter (solution) clogged
Water fi lter (solution) not perfectly closed
Blocked closing electromagnet
No water in the tank
Water pump
Brushes badly worn
Brushes unsuitable for the type of fl oor
Detergent not suitable
Poor brush pressure on the fl oor
High operating speed
The main ignition key has not been inserted
The batteries are low

Safety micro-switch under the seat, broken
Anti-tear relay for battery charger, damaged

Motors under enough stress to trip the thermal

Solution
Replace the rubber blades
Clean the squeegee
Remove the foreign object
Clean the hose
Adjust the tilt angle (see "MAINTENANCE {FIG.12
- 3/4})
Close tightly
Replace the motor
Replace the brushes
Replace the actuator
Clean the fi lter (see WATER DRAINING AND
CLEANING THE RECOVERY TANK {FIG.10}).
Replace gaskets
Clean piping
Clean piping
Restore hose or replace
Clean fi lter
Check the perfect tightness of the water fi lter
Replace the electromagnet
Fill the water tank
Check water pump operation
Replace brushes
Use suitable brushes
Replace detergent
Adjust pressure
Decrease speed
Insert key and turn clockwise
Check the charge level and charge them, if nec-
essary
Check and replace the fuse, if necessary
Read NOTE!
Replace the micro-switch
Replace relay
Connect plug
Connect batteries
Charge the batteries
Wait for about a minute and then repeat the
start-up procedure.
Sit and press the accelerator pedal
