Bit 6: Input REF Mode
Bit 7: Input Notstop
Bit 8: use TRIG as input (0)/output (1)
Bit 9: use TRIG (0 = TRIG not used/1 = TRIG used)

LdDestAbs must be followed by MoveVconst or StartMP. Stop,
SingleStep, LsRefMove will cancel LdDestAbs instruction.
