6. Asciugare il filtro con uno schizzo d'aria com-
pressa a bassa pressione.
7. Controllare che la rete del filtro, l'anello di
gomma e l'anello di fermo del tappo di svuota-
mento dell'olio non siano danneggiati, poi
rimontare il gruppo serrando il tappo alla cop-
pia di 25 N-m
8. Togliere il coperchio del filtro dell'olio "C" (lato
destro del motore), cambiare il filtro con uno
nuovo e installare di nuovo il coperchio del fil-
tro serrando ad una coppia di 30 N-m.
9. Aggiungere 1150 cm3 d'olio nel motore.

10. Serrare il tappo / stanga "A", poi mettere in
marcia il motore facendolo funzionare in ral-
lenty durante 2 o 3 minuti.
11. Lasciare il motore spento per 2 minuti.
12. Controllare che il livello dell'olio sia quello ade-
guato.

Con il motore caldo, agire con molta precau-
zione evitando il contatto con l'olio bruciato: peri-
colo di bruciature.

L'olio bruciato contiene sostanze nocive per
l'ambiente, e deve essere eliminato nel rispetto
delle norme in vigore.

L'olio usato può causare cancro alla pelle.
Quindi, evitarne il contatto prolungato, sebbene
sia molto poco probabile, eccetto il caso in cui si
produca un contatto quotidiano. Si consiglia di
lavare le mani con cura, utilizzando acqua e sapo-
ne, subito dopo averlo utilizzato.

6. Dry the filter with a jet of air from a low pres-
sure air line.
7. Check that the mesh filter, the rubber ring and
the oil drain plug gasket are not damaged, then
refit the assembly and tighten to 25 N-m
torque.
8. Remove the oil filter cover "C" (right-hand side
of the engine), change the filter for a new one
and then refit the filter cover and tighten to 30
N-m torque.
9. Add 1150 cm3 of engine oil.

10. Tighten the plug/dipstick "A", start up the
engine and leave to tick over for 2 or 3 min-
utes.
11. Leave the engine off for 2 minutes.
12. Check that the oil level is correct.

With the engine hot, take great care to
avoid contact with the used oil: risk of scalding.

Used oil contains substances that are harm-
ful to the environment. It must be disposed of res-
pecting the existing regulations.

Used oil can cause skin cancer. Therefore,
avoid prolonged contact, although the risk is very
low except where there exists a daily contact. We
recommend that you wash your hands carefully
with soap and water after handling it.

5. Reinigen Sie den Filter mit Lösungsmittel, das
nicht brennbar und nicht leicht entzündlich
sein sollte.
6. Trocknen Sie den Filter mit etwas Druckluft
unter niedrigem Druck.
7. Überzeugen Sie sich, dass das Netz des
Filters, der Gummiring und der Rückhaltering
des Entleerungsverschlusses nicht beschädigt
sind. Montieren Sie diese Teile anschließend
wieder und drehen Sie den Verschlussdeckel
mit einem Drehmoment von 25 Nm fest.
8. Nehmen Sie den Verschlussdeckel "C" (rechte
Motorseite) des Ölfilters ab, setzen Sie einen
neuen Ölfilter ein und drehen Sie den Deckel
mit 30 Nm wieder an seinem Platz fest.
9. Füllen Sie 1150 cm3 Motoröl ein.

10. Ziehen Sie den Verschlussdeckel / Stab "A"
fest, lassen Sie den Motor an und lassen Sie
ihn zwei oder drei Minuten eingeschaltet im
Leerlauf.
11. Motor zwei Minuten lang ausgeschaltet
lassen.
12. Prüfen Sie, ob der Ölstand richtig is.

Gehen Sie bei heißem Motor sehr vorsichtig
vor und vermeiden Sie den Kontakt mit heißem
Altöl - es besteht Verbrennungsgefahr.

Das Altöl enthält umweltbelastende Stoffe;
es ist gemäß den geltenden Normen zu
entsorgen.

Außerdem kann Altöl Hautkrebs
verursachen; vermeiden Sie daher den
fortgesetzten Kontakt. Das Risiko ist sehr gering,
sofern kein täglicher Kontakt besteht. Wir
empfehlen Ihnen, sich sofort nach diesen Arbeiten
die Hände gründlich mit Wasser und Seife zu
waschen.
