Lubrificazione ed ingrassaggio
Estrarre periodicamente il tappo d'im-
missione dell'olio (1) e verificare il livello
dell'olio. Se il livello è basso, aggiungere un
olio di quelli consigliati. Ogni 10.000 km
sostituire totalmente l'olio del cambio. Per
farlo, con il motore caldo, estrarre il tappo
dello scarico olio dal coperchio destro del
carter (2) e dal carter centrale (3) e lasciare
scolare tutto l'olio. Montare di nuovo i tappi
di scarico e dal foro di immissione (1) intro-
durre 0,650 d'olio AGIP GEAR (SAE
10W/40).
Periodicamente:
- Lubrificare tutte le trasmissioni (cavi) dei
comandi, frizione, gas, ecc.
- Lubrificare i cuscinetti a sfere dello sterzo.
Usare grasso AGIP GR MU 3.
- Lubrificare la catena e il rullo tensore della
catena, con olio AGIP CHAIN LUBE, dopo
averla lavata attentamente con petrolio.
- Ogni 10.000 km al massimo, sostituire l'o-
lio della forcella anteriore.
- Estrarre le gambe della forcella verso il
basso. Dopo averle smontato, svuotare
l'olio ed effettuare diverse compressioni
per svuotare tutto l'olio dal suo interno.

Lubrication and greasing
Remove the oil filler cap (1) regularly
and check the oil level. If the oil level is low,
add oil of the recommended type. Every
10,000 km replace the gearbox oil comple-
tely. With the engine hot, remove the oil
drain plug from the right hand side crankca-
se cover (2) and from the centre crankcase
section (3). Allow the oil to drain comple-
tely. Replace the drain plugs, and fill
through the filler cap hole (1) using 0.650
litres of AGIP GEAR (SAE 10W/40).
Regularly:
- Grease all the control transmission cables
- clutch, throttle, etc.
Grease the steering bearings, using AGIP
GR MU 3 grease.
- Grease the chain and the chain tensioner
roller, using AGIP CHAIN LUBE, after
washing the chain carefully with kerosene.
- At least every 10,000 km, replace the oil
in the front forks
- Remove the fork legs, downwards. Then
empty the oil and compress the legs seve-
ral times in order to remove all the oil from
the interior. Introduce into each leg
390 cc. of AGIP (SAE 7,5W) oil. Replace
the legs by following the same procedure
in reverse.

Schmierung
Nehmen Sie regelmäßig den Ölnachfüll-
deckel ab und überprüfen Sie den Ölstand.
Ist der Ölstand tief, entfernen Sie den über
der rechten Gehäusehälfte angeordneten
Fülldeckel und füllen Öl des empfohlenen
Typs nach. Alle 10.000 Km sollte das Öl
vollständig erneuert werden. Dazu bei war-
mem Motor den Ölablaßdeckel am rechten
(2) und am mittleren Gehäusedeckel (3)
abnehmen und das Öl vollständig ablaufen
lassen. Die Deckel wieder aufsetzen und
über das Fülloch (1) 0,650 Liter Öl vom Typ
AGIP GEAR (SAE 10W/40) einfüllen.
Folgende Maßnahmen sind in regelmäßi-
gen Abständen vorzunehmen:
- Sämtliche Kabelverbindungen (Bedienele-
mente, Kupplung, Gasgriff usw.) einsch-
mieren
- Die Kugellager der Lenkung mit
AGIP GR MU 3.
- Die Kette und die Kettenspannrolle mit Öl
vom Typ AGIP CHAIN LUBE einschmie-
ren; die Kette vorher sorgfältig mit Petro-
leum reinigen.
- Alle 10.000 Km spätestens sollte das Öl
der Vordergabel ausgewechselt werden.
- Demontieren Sie die Standrohre, indem
Sie sie nach unten ziehen, und leeren Sie
