Prior to fi rst use
Before using the device for the fi rst time you must:
• unpack the product contents,
• clean the device.

Unpacking

ATTENTION!
❐ Keep children and pets away from the packaging. Danger of suffocation exists!
Unpack all parts and make sure that the product contents are complete (see chapter
"Product contents and device overview") and check for any damages from transport.
Remove all foils from the cutting inserts. If any components are damaged, do not use
them (!). Instead contact our customer service centre.

Cleaning

Production residues may still be stuck to the device. To avoid health risks, clean the
device thoroughly before fi rst use (see chapter "Cleaning and storage").

Grating insert for coarse grating. This insert is suitable for
grating foods such as carrots, zucchini, potatoes, bell pep-
pers, hard cheeses (e.g. parmesan) or chocolate.
Grating insert for fi ne grating. This insert is suitable for
fi nely grating foods such as carrots, zucchini, hard chees-
es (e.g. parmesan), chocolate or coconuts.
