❐ During operation, do not reach into the holder for the cutting insert while it is rotating
or into the fi ll chute.
❐ Keep your hair and clothing away from the rotating device parts.
❐ Be careful when handling the cutting inserts, the blades are sharp! When removing or
inserting the holder for the cutting insert, only take hold of the plastic parts and never
touch the blades directly!
❐ Turn off the device and pull the mains plug out of the socket before inserting or remov-
ing the holder for the cutting insert to prevent the device from accidentally activating!
❐ Do not use the device continuously for more than two minutes!
❐ Do not forcefully push food into the fi ll chute.
For best results when cutting and slicing, we recommend cutting foods into
smaller pieces before inserting them in the fi ll chute. This makes it easier to
push the foods down with the plunger.
Always follow the order described below when assembling the device:
1. Inserting the fi ll chute
2. Place the cutting insert in the holder for the cutting insert
3. Place the holder for the cutting insert in the device
