❐ Only use heat-resistant utensils for placing foods on or removing them from the de-
vice. Keep metallic objects or other objects with sharp edges away from the device.
They may damage the non-stick coat of the baking surfaces.
❐ Do not insert foods packed in clingfi lm or plastic bags in the device.
❐ Never spray cold water on the baking surfaces during or directly after use. This
could damage the non-stick coating of the baking surfaces and the device!
❐ Always allow the device to cool off completely before you stow it.
❐ Do not place fl ammable materials (e.g. cardboard, plastic, paper or candles) on or
in the device.

Prior to fi rst use
ATTENTION!
❐ Keep children and animals away from the packaging. Risk of suffocation and other
dangers!
❐ Please note: Smoke or an odour may be emitted the fi rst time you use the device.
We therefore recommend that you fi rst heat the device WITHOUT any contents for a
few minutes in order to remove production residue with heat. In the process, ensure
that the room is well ventilated, e.g. with windows that have been opened wide!
❐ Some production residue may be stuck to the device. To avoid health risks, clean it
thoroughly before fi rst use.
❐ When cleaning, do not use any scouring or abrasive cleaners. They could damage
the device.
1. Remove the device from the packaging and remove all wrappers and stickers. Check
the device for transport damages. If the device is damaged, do not use it (!), instead
contact customer service.
