Memorisation of a NEW Transmitter in MODE 2, when an
15.3
old and already memorised transmitter is available
Caution! – The following procedure memorises the NEW Transmitter in
"Mode 2", regardless of the Mode in which the OLD Transmitter was
memorised. Therefore it is NOT important to know the old Transmitter
memorisation mode to carry out the procedure.
01. Select the key you wish to memorise on the
NEW Transmitter (Example:▼), and press it for
(New)
(8"...)
at least 8 seconds, then release the key
(Note – the motor makes no motion in this case).
02. (within the next 5 seconds) Press any memo-
(5")
rised key for approx. 5 seconds, on the OLD
(Old)
2
Transmitter, until the motor performs 2 SHORT
motions; then release the key.
03. (within the next 5 seconds) Press the same key
1
2
as before, on the OLD Transmitter, for as many
3
(Old)
2
times as the number of the command you wish
4
to memorise:
1 press (•) = Step-by-Step command
2 presses (• •) = Up command
3 presses (• • •) = Down command
4 presses (• • • •) = Stop command
After about 3 seconds the motor performs a
number of motions equal to the selected com-
mand.
04. (within the next 2 seconds) Press and hold
down the same key pressed before, point 01,
(New)
1(
) 2
on the NEW Transmitter, and releases it on the
first of the 3 LONG motions performed by the
motor (= memorisation complete).
Note – If at point 03 the motor does not perform the number of motions cor-
responding to the selected command, wait a few seconds without pressing
any key to cancel the procedure. Then start the procedure again from the
beginning.
Memorisation of a NEW Transmitter in the same mode
15.4
as an old and already memorised transmitter
Caution! – The following procedure memorises the NEW Transmitter in
"Mode 1" or "Mode 2", based on the mode in which the OLD Transmitter
was memorised.
Therefore, IT IS ESSENTIAL to have the old Transmitter and to know the
mode in which it was memorised in order to be able to carry out the pro-
cedure.
01. Select any key on the NEW transmitter (if in
Mode 1) or a specific key that you wish to
(New)
(3")
memorise (if in Mode 2) and keep it pressed for
at least 3 seconds. Then release the key.
02. Select any key on the OLD transmitter (if in
Mode 1) or the key to which you wish to trans-
(Old)
(3")
fer the function (if in Mode 2) and keep it
pressed for at least 3 seconds. Then release
the key.
03. On the NEW Transmitter, press the same key
that was pressed in point 01 for at least 3 sec-
(New)
(3")
onds. Then release the key.
04. On the OLD Transmitter, press the same key
that was pressed in point 02 before for at least
(Old)
(3")
3 seconds. Then release the key.
05. The motor will then perform 3 LONG motions
(= memorisation complete).
3
Note – If the motor performs 6 LONG motions
this means that the memory is full (= 12 trans-
mitters already memorised).
