Transmitter with integrated transducer (compact version)

ATTENTION

7.1.1.1 Installation of clamping ring version

Insert transmitter with integrated transducer in the flow fitting or welded-on ring and tighten with
clamping rings.

7.1.1.2 Installation of flange version

Insert transmitter with integrated transducer in the flow fitting or welded-on flange in case of tank
wall installation and secure with 4 screws.
7.1.1.3 Realignment of the transmitter housing by 90°
For fitting the transverse hole in the probe optimum to the flow direction, you can rotate the
housing by 90°.
Remove the 4 hexagonal screws (7 mm) from bottom of housing
Rotate the transmitter housing clockwise up to the stop
Replace the hexagonal screws and tighten.

The transverse hole in the measuring calotte must always be aligned parallel to the axis of
the pipe, i.e. in the direction of flow of the medium.
Deviations can have a distorting effect on the measured values (eddy forma-tion). It is
possible to check the installed position by referring to the marking notches on the
measuring calotte.
