through the mediation of a person responsible for their
safety, of surveillance or instructions regarding the use
of the appliance. Children must be supervised to make
sure they do not play with the appliance.
The products cannot be installed on mobile parts, on
parts that transmit vibrations, on oscillating parts, on
sloping parts (not levelled). Generally the products
cannot be installed in the following situations: area with
strong heat radiation, area with strong magnetic fields,
area with open flames, area with fire risk atmosphere,
area in the presence of flammable products, area at
risk of explosion, area with saline atmosphere, area
with aggressive atmosphere. If in doubt, consult the
manufacturer. If oil traces are present inside the unit,
indicating a loss of refrigerant, inside or outside, care-
fully check the equipment before ignition and contact
the ELDON technical departments if required. Do not
operate the unit if a refrigerant leak is detected. During
transport, if the products are already installed on cabi-
nets, specific safety measures must be implemented in
order to support the product (e.g. beams or boards). To
reduce the possibility of tipping over, a sufficiently large
pallet must be selected. If the product is installed on a
door, the latter must necessarily be closed.
Information on residual risks
This equipment has been designed limiting any sourc-
es or dangerous situations as much as possible. These
situations or sources of danger arise from improper use
of the product or following non-compliance with the
installation and use regulations in the manual and on
the unit. This information must be known by all person-
nel working on the equipment or near it.
