Fault description
Metering pump does not work, green
LED not showing
Pump does not suck up despite bleeding
and max. stroke setting
Metering head is leaking, medium is
escaping from leaking connection
Metering pump does not work, even
though ON
Once the cause of the fault has been rectified, switch the mains off again and
set the switch to "0" in order to cancel the fault alarm.
Cause
Incorrect voltage
deposits, adhesions or
drying-out of the valves
Metering head is loose
Diaphragm ruptured
pressure-/suction valve
is leaking
Metering volume setting
too low
Metering valve clogged
Metering back-pressure
too high

Operating faults
Remedy
Check power supply
rinse the metering head
through the suction tube, if
necessary remove and
clean or replace the valves
Tighten metering head
screw diagonally
Replace diaphragm
Clean and rinse valve
Increase stroke volume
setting
Clean and rinse valve
Check metering and return
lines
