10.7 FRIDGE UNIT DISASSEMBLY PROCEDURE

This operation requires two persons
Referring to figures Fig. 11 and Fig. 12, proceed as follows:
1) Disconnect the electrical supply.
2) Open the main door of the machine without pulling the electric cables.
3) Open the electrical panel protection ref. A Fig. 11.
4) Completely remove the sixth tray ref. B Fig. 11
5) Remove the blade ref. C and the recovery pocket of the products ref. D Fig. 11 by loosening all the
screws ref. E Fig. 11
6) Disconnect the fridge cables of the electrical panel.
7) Remove the 2 self-tapping screws ref. F Fig. 12 of the fridge unit.
8) Remove the 6 self-tapping screws ref.G Fig. 12 of the evaporator unit.
9) Carefully remove from the machine the fridge unit ref. I and the evaporator ref. H Fig. 12 which is fixed to
it, outside the cabinet. (One person must hold the evaporator and the other the capacitor unit).
10)To reassemble, proceed in reverse order.

10.8 LOWER FAN DISASSEMBLY PROCEDURE

Referring to figure Fig. 13, proceed as follows:
1) Disconnect the electrical supply.
2) Open the main door of the machine without pulling the electric
cables.
3) Completely remove the sixth tray ref. B Fig. 11.
4) Remove the deflector ref. A Fig. 13 by loosening its fastening
screws ref. B Fig. 13.
5) Remove the shaped metal sheet that closes the evaporator ref. C
Fig. 13 by loosening its fastening screws ref. D Fig. 13.
6) Disconnect the electric cables of the fan.
7) Remove the fan by loosening its fastening screws.
8) To reassemble, proceed in reverse order.
