During maintenance and cleaning, check the O-ring (6) for damage and
replace it if necessary.
NOTE
• If the measures described below are not successful, please consult your
dealer or the manufacturer.
• Please also consult the operating instructions for the welding
components, such as power source, compressed air line.
Cause
• No grease on the O-rings of the
adapter
• The cable assembly adapter is not
correctly inserted into the module
• Cable assembly too long
• Dirt deposits in the housing
• iSTM mount damaged
Dismounting may only be carried out by specialized personnel. Please make
sure that the shutdown procedures are strictly observed, before the dismounting
work begins. Observe it also for the components integrated into the welding
system.
Solution
• Lubricate the O-rings with grease
• Use the cable setting tool
• Align the guide groove
• Change the feeding system
positioning, if possible
• Remove dirt deposits and clean
the housing
• Seal if off with bellows
• Check by specialized personnel
