Maintenance / Troubleshooting

4.1

Safety and guarantee

In order to guarantee a long lifetime and a safe operation of the DBL-S installation, regular checking and
maintenance (at least once a year) is absolutely indispensable.
In cases where maintenance is neglected or carried out by unqualified personnel, the manufacturer respectively his
distribution agent declines all responsibility for any damages and their consequences.
Any subsequent interventions or modifications of the installation may only be carried out by authorized qualified
personnel, taking into account the application limits.
4.2

Carrying out the maintenance

Maintenance must be carried out by trained and specialized personnel according to the following chart.
Every maintenance/troubleshooting intervention is entered into the control chart respectively into the master card
of the installation.

Warning:
Before carrying out any work on live elements
of the DBL-S, always make sure that the power plug
has been pulled out.
Warning:
Should any damages or malfunctions occur which are
detrimental to the safety of the door users and which cannot
be immediately eliminated, the operator of the installation
must be informed and the door be taken out of
operation. The repair shall be carried out as
soon as possible.
