In the event of an obvious device defect, generation of an odour or smoke, significant malfunctions, or damage to the
housing, switch off the device and notify the service department.
Only connect the radio to mains voltage at 100V-240 V~, 50/60 Hz. Never try to operate the radio at a different voltage.
The device may only be connected after the installation has been completed according to regulations.
If other damage is evident on the device, it must not be put into operation.
When disconnecting the power supply unit from the socket, pull the power supply unit - not the cable.
Do not operate the device near to a bath or swimming pool, or where water may splash onto it.
Never attempt to repair a defective device yourself. Always contact one of our customer service locations.
Foreign objects, e.g. needles, coins, etc., must not be allowed to fall into the interior of the device. Do not touch the
connection contacts with metal objects or your fingers. This may cause a short circuit.
Do not place objects or naked flame sources such as lighted candles on the device.
Never allow children to use the device unsupervised.
The device is still connected to the mains when in standby mode.
This device is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or
lack of experience and/or knowledge unless they are supervised by a person responsible for their safety or have received
instructions from that person on how to use the device.
Children must be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the device.
It is forbidden to make changes to the device.
Damaged devices or accessories must not be used.
