Problems with the radio

Symptom
No radio stations are being received.
No DAB signal is being received.
The sound is low or of poor quality.

Problems with the external input

Symptom
No sound from the external input (AUX).
If you are still unable to rectify the fault after the described checks, please contact the technical hotline (see page 67).

Possible cause/remedy
The device is not currently in radio mode. Press the MODE button
and select DAB or FM.
Check whether DAB reception is available in the region.
Readjust the antenna.
Try to receive other stations.
Perform a station scan.
Other devices such as televisions are disrupting reception. Move the
radio further away from these devices.
The antenna is incorrectly aligned.
Change the position/alignment of the antenna.
Possible cause/remedy
Is the external device connected correctly?
Is AUX selected as the input source?
Has playback been started on the external device and has the
output volume been set?
