MANUTENZIONE PERIODICA
FREQUENZA DELL'OPERAZIONE
Per mantenere il sollevatore funzionante a piena potenza, segui-
re la tabella di manutenzione indicata. Il costruttore non sarà re-
sponsabile e non onorerà la garanzia a risultato di inadempienza
alle istruzioni indicate sopra.

NOTA
La frequenza indicata si riferisce a normali con-
dizioni di esercizio; si applicheranno frequenze
differenti a condizioni particolarmente severe.
TUTTE LE OPERAZIONI DI MANUTENZIONE
DEVONO ESSERE ESEGUITE MENTRE IL
SOLLEVATORE È FERMO E LA SERRATURA
DELL'INTERRUTTORE PRINCIPALE È CHIUSA.
Dopo che la macchina è stata installata, verificare:
1.Che i bulloni di ancoraggio delle connessioni di basamento del-
le colonne siano serrati
2.La tenuta delle viti di connessione della traversa alle colonne
3.Che i bracci del carrello opposto siano allo stesso livello
4.Il livello dell'olio dell'unità di potenza. Aggiungere olio fino al li-
vello corretto, ove necessario.
OGNI MESE
UNITÀ DI POTENZA IDRAULICA
1.Verificare il livello dell'olio, usando la speciale asta di livello,
che è annessa al tappo di riempimento. Se necessario, aggiun-
gere olio attraverso il tappo per raggiungere il livello richiesto.
Per il tipo di olio, vedere pag.12 "SPECIFICHE TECNICHE".
2.Dopo le prime 40 ore di funzionamento, verificare se le condot-
te o il filtro siano intasati e il livello di contaminazione dell'olio.
(Pulire il filtro e rimpiazzare l'olio se c'è un alto livello di
contaminazione).
CIRCUITO IDRAULICO
Verificare che non vi siano perdite di olio nel circuito tra l'unità di
potenza e il cilindro e nel cilindro stesso. In questo caso, verifica-
re le condizioni delle guarnizioni e rimpiazzarle, se necessario.
OGNI 3 MESI
POMPA IDRAULICA
In condizioni normali di funzionamento, verificare che non ci sia-
no cambiamenti nella pompa dell'unità di potenza e verificare
che i relativi bulloni siano serrati appropriatamente.

To keep the lift working at full efficiency, follow the indicated ma-
intenance schedule. The manufacturer will not be responsible
and will not honor the warranty as a result of non-compliance
with the instructions indicated above.

NOTE
The frequency indicated refers to normal operating
conditions; different frequencies will apply to parti-
cularly server conditions.
ALL MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS MUST BE
PERFORMED WITH THE LIFT STOPPED AND
THE MAIN SWITCH KEY LOCKED.
When after the machine has been installed, check:
1 The tightness of the posts bases connection anchor bolts
2 The tightness of the beam to posts attachment screws
3 That the opposite carriages arms are at the same level
4 The power unit oil level. Add oil up to the right level, if necessary
EVERY MONTH
HYDRAULIC POWER UNIT
1 Check the oil level, using the special dipstick, which is attached to
the filler cap. If necessary, add oil through the cap to reach the requi-
red level. For the type of oil, see page 12 "TECHNICAL
SPECIFICATIONS".
2 After the first 40 hours of operation, check if the conveys or fil-
ter is clogged and the oil contamination level. (Clean the filter
and replace the oil if there is a high contamination level).
HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT
Check that there are no oil leaks in the circuit between the power
unit and cylinder and in the cylinder itself. In this case, check the
condition of the gaskets and replace them, if necessary.
EVERY 3-MONTH...
HYDRAULIC PUMP
Under normal operating conditions, check that there is no chan-
ges in the noise in the power unit pump and check that the relati-
ve bolts are properly tightened.
