DESCRIZIONE
DELLA MACCHINA
Il sollevatore elettroidraulico a 2 colonne è un'installazione fissa.
Questo significa che è fissato a terra e costruito per sollevare e
posizionare automobili e furgoni a una certa altezza dal suolo.
Il sollevatore è costituito dalle seguenti parti principali:
-Struttura fissa (colonne +traversa superiore);
-Unità mobili (carrelli + bracci);
-Unità di sollevamento (2 cilindri idraulici + unità di potenza);
-Pannello di comando;
-Dispositivi di sicurezza.
Le fig.3 e 4 illustrano le varie parti del sollevatore e le aree di la-
voro intorno ad esso riservate all'uso da parte dell'operatore.
Lato di comando: questo lato del sollevatore include le aree ri-
servate all'operatore per accedere al pannello di comando.
Lato di servizio: è il lato opposto a quello di comando.
Lato anteriore: il lato con i bracci corti.
Lato posteriore: il lato con i bracci lunghi.
STRUTTURA FISSA (FIG.4)
Questa struttura consiste in:
2 colonne (colonna di servizio 15 e di comando 2) costruite in la-

miera d'acciaio sagomata. La base è saldata a una piastra prefora-
ta che deve essere fissata a terra. Il pannello di comando elettrico
3 e l'unità di potenza idraulica 1 sono attaccati alla colonna di co-
mando. All'interno di ogni colonna si trovano le parti in movimento
per il sollevamento dei veicoli. Il pannello di comando e le unità
idrauliche sono fissati alla colonna di comando.
La traversa superiore (codici 1, 17) fatta di lamiera piegata collega

le due colonne.
CHAPTER 1 DESCRIPTION OF THE
MACHINE
The 2-post electro-hydraulic lift is a fixed installation. This means
that it is anchored to the ground and built for lifting and positio-
ning automobiles and vans at a certain height off the ground.
The lift consists of the following main parts:
- Fixed structure (posts +upper beam);)
- Mobile units (carriages + arms);
- Lift units (2 hydraulic cylinders + power unit);
-Control box;
-Safety devices;
Figures 3 and 4 illustrate the various parts of the lift and the work
areas reserved for use by operators around the lift.
Command side: this side of the lift includes the area reserved
for the operator to access the control box.
Service side: this is the opposite side of the command side.
Front side: the side with the short arms.
Rear side: the side with the long arms.
FIXED STRUCTURE (FIG.4)
This structure consists of:
2 posts, (service 15 and command 2 side post) built with bent

steel plate. The base is welded to a drilled plate to be ancho-
red to the floor. The electric control box 3 and the hydraulic po-
wer unit 1 are attached to the command post. Inside each post
are the moving parts to lift the vehicles. The control panel and
the hydraulic units are fixed to the command post.
An upper beam 1,17 built with bent steel plate, connecting the

upper posts with bolts.
