FUNZIONAMENTO
FUNZIONAMENTO ELETTROIDRAULICO
L'USO del sollevatore deve essere affidato a personale
AUTORIZZATO.
VERIFICHE
Prima di usare il sollevatore MM 25 con il carico effettuare le seguenti
verifiche.
Verificare il voltaggio di rete.
Verificare se il motore gira in senso orario.
Verificare la funzione del timone di traino
Effettuare le prove dinamiche con Kg 2500 ed affidare le stesse a
PERSONALE AUTORIZZATO.
Verificare la pressione idraulica attraverso il manometro solo se il solle-
vatore non effettua la salita con un carico di kg. 2500. L'attacco mano-
metro si trova tra il tubo di mandata e la centralina oleodinamica.
Quando tutte le operazioni saranno state VERIFICATE eseguire al-
cune manovra di salita e discesa senza carico e successivamente pro-
cedere al sollevamento con carico.
DISCESA MANUALE
Quando si effettua tale operazione tutte le sicurezze sono annullate.

ATTENZIONE : Affidare tale operazione
a PERSONALE AUTORIZZATO.
Disinserire le sicurezze meccaniche attraverso la relativa leva
A sicurezze meccaniche disattivate, eseguire lentamente la discesa
con l'apposita valvola manuale situata nella centralina idraulica.
A discesa ultimata richiudere la valvola di cui sopra altrimenti il nuovo
sollevamento non avverrà.
SOLLEVAMENTO MANUALE
Il sollevamento manuale potrà essere effettuato attraverso la pompa
manuale in optional che dovrà essere installata nella centralina oleodi-
namica in mancanza di energia elettrica.
CHAPTER 5
OPERATION
ELECTROHYDRAULIC OPERATION
The lift must be used by AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ONLY.
CHECKS
Before starting to use the lift with a load on, please, check that:
The external voltage is the same as voltage
The motor rotates clockwise, otherwise the hydraulic main unit could be
damaged
Check if the carriage guide works properly
Carry out the dynamic checks with a 2500 Kg. load and let this be done
by AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL.
Check the hydraulic pressure by means of the pressure gauge only if
the lift does not raise with a load of Kg 2500. The pressure gauge plug
is placed between the oil-flow pipe and the oleodynamic central unit.
After the above mentioned checks are complete, just make some lifting
and lowering movements and then you can start using the lift with a
load on.
MANUAL DESCENT
Should a power cut occur, you can lower the lift manually as follows:

ATTENTION: All safety devices are di-
sabled, therefore, the following opera-
tions should be carried out by authori-
sed personnel carefully.
Disengage the safety jaws from the rack through the lowering lever.
When the safety devices are disengaged, lower the lift slowly by me-
ans of the tap located on the hydraulic central unit
Close this tap once lowered the lift or you will not be able to lift again.
MANUAL LIFTING
Lifting can take place through an optional manual pump to be installed
in the hydraulic central unit.
