Das VPS 508 ist für alle DUNGS-
Ventile nach EN 161 Klasse A
geeignet.
Das VPS 508 kann auch an allen
Ventilen eingesetzt werden, bei
welchen konstruktiv die Dichtheit
in Gegenflussrichtung eine Undicht-
heit in Flussrichtung ausschliesst.

Für Gase mit einem Butananteil
< 60 % und Gasen mit einer
Dichte < 1 kg/m

Deponie-, Klär und Biogase
müssen trocken sein.
Kondensation der im Gas
enthaltenen Feuchte darf nicht
auftreten und muß durch geeignete
Maßnahmen verhindert werden.
Der Schwefelwasserstoffanteil
darf max. 0,1 vol.% sein.
Wir empfehlen eine halbjährliche
Überprüfung der VPS 508.

If the VPS filters are clogged or
gas connections are closed, it
might appear as though the valves
are properly sealed even if this is not
the case.
Before installing the VPS
508 remove the locking
screw on the DMV/MB-... (see
page 7 et seqq.).
Application for sewage gases
and biogases with hydrogen
sulphide

S < 0.1 vol.%)

Landfill gases, sewage gases
and biogases must be dry.
The humidity in the gas may
not condense; its condensa-
tion must be prevented with suitable
measures.
The hydrogen sulphide content
may not exceed 0.1 vol.%.
We recommend inspecting the VPS
508 every six months.

Les biogaz, gaz de curage et
de décharge doivent être secs.
Il ne doit pas y avoir conden-
sation de l'humidité contenue
dans le gaz. Cette condensation
doit être empêchée à l'aide de
mesures adéquates.
La teneur en acide sulfhydrique
ne doit pas dépasser 0,1 % en vol.
Nous recommandons d'effectuer une
révision semestrielle du VPS 508.
