IGNITION SYSTEM
NOTE:
• When the T.O.R.S. is activated, the warning light
4 and self-diagnosis warning indicator 5 will
flash and the two-digit code "84" 6 will flash in
the odometer/tripmeter/engine speed meter LCD.
• The T.O.R.S. monitors the condition of the throt-
tle position sensor, speedometer unit, and speed
sensor, and will operate if any of the monitored
items is disconnected or malfunctioning.

Faulty → Replace the right handlebar switch.
