__ Rear 8-10 psi (55-69 kPa)
❑ Parking brake adjustment
❑ Brake pedal free travel
❑ Hydro Linkage neutral centering adjustment
(unit must not creep in neutral)
❑ Reverse speed adjustment
❑ Hydro pedal stop adjustment
❑ Steering function & adjustments
Engine
Check;
❑ Engine oil level
❑ Engine coolant level
❑ Air cleaner element and connections
❑ Fan belt adjustments
❑ Fuel shut-off solenoid linkage for adjustment and
alignment
Hydraulic System
Check;
❑ Hydraulic oil level
❑ Pinched or rubbing hoses
❑ Twisted or crimped hoses
❑ Oil Leaks
❑ Hydro tow valve is in "Drive" position

Cutting Units
Check;
❑ Adjust cutting height to customer's specifications
❑ Blades are in proper locations (left or right rotation)
❑ Blade mounting bolt torque
__ Center (adapter) bolt: 75 ft. lb. (102 Nm)
__ Blade Bolts 35-40 ft. lb. (47-54 Nm)
❑ Front deck adjustment
❑ Decks pivot freely on mounting pins
❑ Adjust weight transfer (ground pressure) valve
Miscellaneous
Check;
❑ Look for loose or missing hardware
❑ All lubrication points
❑ Examine paint finish; touch up where necessary
❑ Check decals; In correct position and legible
❑ Make sure all owner's manuals are in the pouch
