Maintenance
Decalcification
Depending on the level of hardness of the water in
your region, over time, there will be calcification on the
base and the inside of the stainless steel container.
The harder the water, the faster calcification builds up.
It is harmless but can compromise the machine's per-
formance. We therefore recommend decalcification
as follows:
• Fill to three quarters capacity with water.
• Heat it up.
• After the machine has turned off, add household
vinegar to the machine (see Fig. 4).
• Note: Do not heat up this mixture.
• Leave the mixture over night.
• Empty the machine and rinse it with clear water sev-
eral times.
Note: You can also use other suitable descaling
agents. Please follow the manufacturer's instructions.
Battery replacement (Fig. 9)
• Remove all the water from the machine.
• Ensure that the machine is turned off and discon-
nected from the mains.
• Remove the screw (a) with a screwdriver (not in-
cluded).
• Remove the battery cover (24) as shown in Fig. 9.
• Disconnect the battery (23) from the plug connec-
tion and remove it.
• Only ever use original spare parts.
• Replace the new battery in reverse order.
