Cause
Device outside the range.
Connection set-up takes too long.

Solution
The minimum range in the open air is
approx. 10 m. Walls and ceilings reduce
the range.
Other radio waves may interfere with the
transmission. Therefore, do not position
the scale near devices such as micro-
waves, induction hobs etc. and, ideally,
switch off any other Bluetooth
that are within range.
Faster Bluetooth
is switched on.
• Close all apps completely
(including in the background).
• Switch Bluetooth
• Switch the smartphone off and back on
again.

system, the scale must not be connected.
• Remove the batteries from the scale for
a short period and reinsert them.

The display can be read in increments of 0.1 kg.
The measuring tolerance for repeated measurements is
+/- 0.4 kg (several measurements in direct succession
on the same scale with position of scale and person the
same as far as possible).
In comparison with a calibrated weight, the measured
value is +/-1% +0.1 kg. E.g. at 40 kg this corresponds to
+/- 0.5 kg; at 100 kg this corresponds to +/-1.1 kg.
This product uses Bluetooth
