Solution
Switch the scale on, wait approx. 5 seconds and repeat the measurement.
Place the scale on a flat, solid surface.
Stand on the outside of the scale as far as possible without it tipping.
Solution
The range in the open is approx. 10 m. Walls and ceilings reduce the range.
Other radio waves may interfere with the transmission. Therefore, do not
position the scale near devices such as WIFI routers, microwaves, induction
hobs etc.
Completely close the app (including in the background).
Switch Bluetooth
Switch the smartphone off and back on again.
Remove the batteries in the scale for a short period and reinsert them.

The display can be read in increments of 0.05 kg.
The measuring tolerance for repeated measure-
ments is +/- 0.3 kg (several measurements in
direct succession on the same scale with position
of scale and person the same as far as possible).
In comparison with a calibrated weight, the
measured value is +/-0.5% +0.05 kg. E.g. at 50
kg this corresponds to +/- 0.3 kg; at 100 kg this
corresponds to +/-0.55 kg.
