DO NOT apply PVC glues, solvents, or cleaners to the water heaters intake or exhaust gasket connections.
The RUR series units do not require additional parts to be used with standard 3" 3rd party solid core PVC/CPVC
pipes; refer to figure below for required parts for 3" PVC/CPVC assembly configuration.
