Trouble shooting
7.0 Troubleshooting.
If a problem with the tire changer should arise, proceed
in the following order to solve the problem:
1. Rethink the last steps taken.
Did you work according to the manual?
Did the unit work as described and expected?
2. Check the unit according to the list in this chapter.
3. Call your local sales agent for technical assistance.

Operating the turntable rotation pedal does not
cause any movement.
1. No electric power.
• Check that the electric plug is correctly inserted in
the mains socket and that the electric power supply
is on.
• Check that the main switch is ON.
2. Inverter, control device or motor short circuited.
• Check that the electrical requirements of the machine
are compatible with the power supply.
• Call the authorized service center for assistance.
The wheel does not stop turning.
1. The tools are putting too much pressure on the tire.
• Stop the operation and do not activate any
commands for at least 5 seconds.
• Lubricate the rim and the tire again.
The turntable rotation pedal does not return to
neutral position.
1. Switch spring is broken.
• Bring the switcher pedal to central position.
• Disconnect the machine from the electrical power
supply and the compressed air feed.
• Call the authorized service center for assistance.
Pneumatic controls hard.
1. No oil at valve rods.
• Check oil level and that lubricator is working properly
(see Maintenance Chapter).
