Connecting the plug connectors

If the cables are longer than 3 metres it may be advisable
to increase the cable cross-section by one level. The plug
connectors can only be inserted and locked into the correct
socket and in the correct position. Make sure that the locking
engages securely. To withdraw the connector plug, the lock-
ing must be released by pressing the two wings together.
6-pin plug connector
Fig. 9 shows the contacts available in the 6-pole plug connec-
tor (view of device side). Connect the 6-pole plug connector
according to the connection diagram. Make sure that the
contact pins engage securely with the plug connector! Loose
contact pins can lead to malfunctions or short-circuiting.
First connect the cables to your users, refrigerator, heating
etc. Only then make the connection to the device. Insert the
6-pole plug connector into the socket provided on the device
(fig. 4, pos. 8).

4-pin plug connector
Fig. 11 shows the contacts available in the 4-pole plug con-
nector (view of device side). Connect the 4-pole plug connec-
tor according to the connection diagram.
Make sure that the contact pins engage securely with the plug
connector! Loose contact pins can lead to malfunctions or
short-circuiting.
First connect the cables to your consumers. Only then make
the connection to the device. Insert the 4-pole plug connector
into the socket provided on the device (fig. 4, pos. 4).

12-pin plug connector
Fig. 13 shows the contacts available in the 12-pole plug con-
nector (view of device side). Connect the 12-pole plug con-
nector to the starter battery and supply battery in accordance
with the connecting diagram. Make sure that the contact pins
engage securely with the plug connector! Loose contact pins
can lead to malfunctions or short-circuiting. The fuses protect
the circuits.

Insert the 12-pole plug connector into the socket provided on
the device (fig. 4, pos. 10).
The fuses must be positioned close to the positive poles
of the batteries!

Connection panel

Connect the 7-pin flat ribbon cable to your panel. The assigna-
tion of the contacts is according to the following list.

Plug the 7-pin ribbon cable into the associated port on the de-
vice (fig. 4, pos. 9). The ribbon cable can only be inserted into
the correct socket on the device when in the correct position.
Do not use any force.
