Operating instructions

Start-up

Open the gas remote switch if present.

1. Open the cylinder valve.
2. Firmly press the hose rupture protection (green button) on
the high‑pressure hose for about 5 seconds.
3. If necessary (e.g. after a new installation or inadvertently
striking the gas cylinder against the gas pressure regul‑
ation system), press the green reset button (crash sensor
triggering element reset) on the MonoControl CS for about
5 seconds.

Changing the LPG cylinder

Use the included screw aid to attach and remove the
high‑pressure hoses. It will help you generate the necessary
tightening torque and will prevent damage to the screw fit‑
tings, which may otherwise result from using an improper tool.
Residual gas: No smoking, no naked flames!
– Close the valve of the empty gas cylinder.
– Remove the high pressure hose from the gas cylinder and
remove the slip‑on adapter, if present.
– Attach the high pressure hose to the full gas cylinder and fit
the slip‑on adapter, if present.
– Open the full gas cylinder's valve.
– Firmly press the hose rupture protection (green button) and,
if necessary, the green reset button for about 5 seconds in
each case.
Any time after making changes, check the hose con‑
nection to the cylinder valve for leaks (see "Checking for
leaks in the high‑pressure section").

Hose change

Please use the included screw aid to attach and remove the
high pressure hoses. It will help you generate the necessary
