Troubleshooting

Error
The device is not working.
The battery does not charge.
12 V circuits are not being
supplied.
The voltage of the Battery II
has dropped to below 1.5 V;
the mains charging process
does not start.
If these measures do not solve the problem, please
contact the Truma Service Centre.

Rectification
Check the circuit breaker
and the mains connection.
Check all connections from
the automatic charger to
the battery, ensure that they
are connected to the right
terminals. Disconnect and
then re-connect the mains
plug and the device's 12-pin
plug connector. Check all
fuses and the mains supply
connection.
Check the fuses and replace
them if necessary.
Check the connections to
the affected circuits.
Start the motor and let it
run for approx. 30 seconds.
Battery voltage rises above
1.5 V. The charging process
starts automatically.
