LIMITED WARRANTY
TERUMO Corporation warrants that the product has been manufactured and packaged with reasonable care, and will be free from defects under normal and proper use. TERUMO
Corporation will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, general or consequential loss, damage, or expense from the use of this product. TERUMO Corporation's
sole obligation under this warranty shall be to repair or replace, at its option, any products that it believes were defective at the time of shipment if notice thereof is received before
the expiration date indicated on the package. THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND ONLY WARRANTY OF TERUMO CORPORATION AND IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF AND
EXCLUDES ANY OTHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR
PURPOSE. IN ADDITION, THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE THE SOLE REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO ANY PERSON OR ENTITY. No agent, employee or representative
