This device should not be used by people (including children) with impaired sensory
or mental faculties or who do not have adequate experience and/or knowledge of
such devices, unless they are supervised by a person responsible for their safety, or
have received instructions from such a person on how to use the device.

Dangers of Injury

Keep the device and packaging material away from children and animals. There is a
risk of injury and suffocation!
Parents and other people in supervisory capacities should be aware of their respon-
sibility because, due to children's natural instinct for play and desire to experiment,
it is foreseeable that situations and behaviour will occur for which the training device
is not constructed.
Do not leave the device unsupervised in the presence of children and animals.
The device may only be used by one person at a time.
Ensure that you are properly warmed up before you use the device.
Start the exercises slowly and only increase the intensity gradually. Improper use of
the device and excessive training can be detrimental to your health. Be careful not to
overdo it or to overestimate your abilities.
Please consult your doctor before using the device if you belong to a health risk
group, if you have not done any sport for some time, if you have cardiac or cardio-
vascular system problems or orthopaedic problems. If necessary, coordinate your
training programme with him.
Women should not use the device during pregnancy, or only after consultation with
their doctor.
Stop training immediately if you suddenly feel weak or dizzy. If you feel sick, have
pain in your chest or arms, an irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath or other unu-
sual symptoms, seek medical attention immediately.
Do not train immediately after a meal or after consuming alcohol.
Wear comfortable clothing and exercise shoes with non-slip soles for training. Do not
use the device when naked.
Be careful not to let your fi ngers or clothing become entangled in the device's moving
parts.
If you have long hair, be sure to tie it up before training to prevent it from being caught
up in the device. Take off all jewellery.
Instructions for Use
Caution! The safety level of the device can only be maintained if it is regularly checked
for damage. For this reason, in the interest of your own safety, inspect the device for
damage each time before you use it (look for cracks, holes etc.). If while using the
device you hear unusual noises from the device, stop training immediately. Defective
parts must be replaced immediately by a specialist. The device may no longer be
