Montage du verin de commande de petite / grand vitesse
Il est très important de graisser tous les éléments.
Monter un joint torique neuf.
Mettre la rondelle.
Assembly of the low/high speed control cylinder
Lubrication of all the components is most important
Fit a new O'ring.
Place the washer in position.
Mettre en place le piston inférieur.
Veiller à ne pas détériorer les lèvres du joint.
Monter l'ensemble dans ce carter.
Place the lower piston in position.
Ensure that the seal lips are not damaged.
Fit the unit into this housing.
Mettre en place la butée du piston.
Mettre en place le piston (attention aux lèvres du joint).
Place the piston stop in position.
Place the piston in position (be careful of the seal
lips).
Monter un écrou Nedlock neuf.
Bloquer de 64 à 78 N.m
Mettre en place la coupelle.
Mettre en place les 2 ressorts.
Fit a new Nedlock nut.
Tighten to 47 - 57 lb-ft
Place the cap in position .
Place the 2 springs in position
