7. Measuring Blood Pressure

The blood pressure monitor needs to be at
room temperature when measuring. Measure-
ments can be performed on the left or right
arm.

Attaching the Cuff:

1. With your palm up, place the cuff around
your left wrist about 0.4 in (1 cm) below the
bottom of your hand.
2. Secure the cuff with the hook and loop strip
so that it fits snugly but does not affect
blood circulation.
