Remove the axle from the wheel. Use a rotary tool and cut-off
wheel to trim the axle.

Once trimmed, use a fl at fi le to create a fl at area for the fi rst
1/4 inch (6mm) of the axle for the wheel collar setscrew.

With the nylon spacer on the axle, place a drop of light
machine oil on the axle. Slide the axle into the wheel and
secure it using the wheel collar an setscrew. Use a 1.5mm
hex wrench to tighten the setscrew on the fl at area created in
the previous step.
