Use low-tack tape to keep the aileron centered while the
fl aps are being installed.

Fit the fl ap sections together, making sure the blade connecting the center fl ap to the inner and outer fl ap can move freely. If
not, lightly sand the slot in the inner and outer fl aps as necessary to allow the blade to move freely in the slot.
Setzen Sie die Klappensektionen zusammen und stellen dabei sicher dass sich die inneren und äußeren Klappen dabei frei
bewegen können. Falls sich diese nicht frei bewegen können, schleifen Sie die Schlitze in den Klappen innen etwas an so dass
sich der Verbinder frei bewegen kann.
Placez les sections des volets les unes contre les autres, assurez-vous que les lames reliant les sections intérieures et
extérieures à la section centrale peuvent coulisser librement. Si ce n'est pas le cas, poncez légèrement la fente des sections
intérieures et extérieures jusqu'à obtenir un mouvement libre.

Apply a small amount of oil to the fl ex point of the hinge to
prevent epoxy from entering the hinge.
