Service intervals

Novopress recommends that authorised NOVOPRESS specialist workshops be used for
maintenance and repair work (see Service addresses).
Have the device repaired by a specialist only.
The next service is indicated by means of an inspection sticker on the press tools. This sticker,
the colour of which is changed each year, indicates the date of the next service (month/year).
This applies to new devices and components as well as to the individual service intervals for the
equipment.
Regularly (before use, at the start of the working day) and when soiled (Fig. 10)
Check for visible damage, material cracks and other signs of wear. If defects are found do not
use the device and have it repaired.
Bi-annually
Have the device inspected by a qualified electrician or a specialist Novopress workshop.
Annually
Have the press device inspected by a Novopress workshop.
CAUTION!
Risk of injury when cleaning or carrying out maintenance work due to
pressing the On switch unintentionally.
Therefore
– Comply with the safety instructions and always remove the battery/ disconnect the
mains plug before performing cleaning, maintenance or repair work.
