8 Clamp nipple
1 Sharpen the beginning of the PA liner (9) to approx. 40° with the
ABICOR BINZEL sharpener.
2 Slide PA liner (9) through the wire conduit (1) into the inlet nipple (11) until
a noticeable resistance is felt.
3 Slide clamp nipple (8), O-ring (7) and nut (3) on the
PA-liner (9) and tighten the nut (3) under tension.
4 Mark a PA liner (9) that is too long in front of the wire feed rolls.
5 Cut the PA liner (9) at the mark directly in front of the wire feed rolls by
means of the ABICOR BINZEL cutter (5) .
6 Sharpen the cutting point.
NOTE
• In PA liners with an outer diameter of 4.00 mm, the capillary tube in the
distance adaptor must be replaced with a support tube.
