(5) Recouvrir les lames/dents du
godet par la protection (5-2/flèche).
(6) Brancher la prise de protection
du godet (5-3/Pfeil).
(7) Soulever la flèche porte-godet,
déposer le dispositif d'appui (1-1/
flèche) et descendre la flèche porte-
godet en actionnant le levier de
l'hydraulique de travail (4-9/13).
(8) Verrouiller les leviers de
l'hydraulique de travail et de
l'hydraulique compl. (chapitre 5.5).
(9) Bloquer le systéme de
pivotement. Pour ce faire, retirer la
cale de son logement (1-3/1), la
déposer dans le dispositif de
blocage (1-2/flèche) et la bloquer
par une clavette double (1-3/2).
(10) Installer la barre de remor-
quage sur la machine à remorquer
[(7-2/1 - remorquage marche AV)
ou (7-4/1 - remorquage marche AR)]
et le véhicule tracteur.
ATTENTION
Si la machine n'est pas équipée
d'un accouplement de remorquage,
la machine doit être remorquée
uniquement en marche AR.
Modèle "20 km/h"
(11) Avant le remorquage, placer
l'organe de translation hydrosta-
tique sur la position „libre circulation
d'huile". Pour ce faire, il faut poser
les boulons filetés aux deux
soupapes de limitation de haute
pression (7-3/flèches) de la pompe
de roulement jusqu'au même
niveau que les écrous à tête hexa-
gonale (SW 13) dévissés au-
paravant. Après, il faut de nouveau
serrer les écrous à tête hexagonale.
TRÈS IMPORTANT
Après le remorquage, desserrer à
nouveau les écrous à tête hexago-
nale, dévisser les boulons filetés
des deux soupapes de limitation de
haute pression jusqu'à la butée et
resserrer les écrous à tête hexagonale.
(12) Retirer la cale si néc..
(13) Desserrer le frein de parking
(4-9/11).

(5) Cover the bucket cutting edge
and teeth with the bucket protector
(5-2/arrow).
(6) Insert the plug of the bucket
protector in the socket (5-3/arrow).
(7) Lift the bucket arm, insert the
bucket support (1-1/arrow) and
lower the bucket arm by activating
the hand lever for the working hy-
draulics (4-9/13).
(8) Lock the hand lever for the
working and auxiliary hydraulics
(section 5.5).
(9) Block the swivel mechanism
by removing the blocking shaft
(1-3/1) from the holder, inserting it
in the swivel blocking mechanism
(1-2/arrow), and securing it with a
spring cotter pin (1-3/2).
(10) Attach the towing rod to the
loader to be towed [(7-2/1 - towing
forwards) or (7-4/1 - towing
backwards)] and to the towing
vehicle.
CAUTION
If the loader does not have a forward
ranging and towing coupling, the
loader must only be towed
backwards.
Type "20 km/h"
(11)
Switch the hydrostatic drive
motor to free flow before towing.
For this purpose loosen the hexa-
gon lock nuts. Screw the pins at
both high pressure relieve valves
(7-3/arrows) of the drive pump until
they are level to the hexagon lock
nuts. After that fasten the lock nuts
again.
NOTE
After towing procedure loosen the
hexagon lock nuts. Screw the pins
out of both high pressure relieve
valves until the pins stop. Fasten
the lock nuts.
(12) If necessary, remove the chocks.
(13) Release the parking brake
(4-9/11).
