6.1.1 Godet standard /pour
matières légères
Montage
(1) Placer la flèche porte-godet dans
la position inférieure et inclincer le
dispositif de changement rapide.
(2) Approcher la machine en
direction du godet (6-1).
(3) Prendre le godet au moyen du
dispositif de changement rapide et
soulever le godet tout en inclinant le
dispositif de chang. rapide jusqu'à ce
qu'il repose sur le sol (6-2).
(4) Verrouiller le godet (6-3) à
l'aide du levier de l'hydraulique
complémentaire (4-8/7).
(5) Contrôler les fixations et les
verrouillages à droite et à gauche.
DANGER
Les deux boulons du dispositif de
changement rapide doivent se trou-
ver des deux côtés dans les trous
du dispositif de fixation du godet et
doivent être bien visibles (6-3/
flèche).
(6) Relever le distributeur et le
rabattre vers l'arrière (4-8/7).
Démontage
(1) Déposer le godet en position
stable sur le sol.
(2) Relever le distributeur et le
glisser vers le bas (4-8/7).
(3) Déverrouiller le godet au
moyen du levier de l'hydraulique
complémentaire (4-8/7).
(4) Incliner le dispositif de
changement rapide et reculer.

Mounting and dismounting
the attachments using the hydraulic
quick-change device without hy-
draulic connections
6.1.1 Standard/lightweight
bucket
Mounting
(1) Bring the bucket to its lowest
position and tip the quick-change
device.
(2) Drive the loader up to the
bucket (6-1).
(3)
Pick up the bucket using the quick-
change device and, by simultaneously
tilting the quick-change device, raise
the bucket until the quick-change de-
vice is next to it (6-2).
(4) Lock the bucket (6-3) by using
the hand lever of the auxiliary hy-
draulic system (4-8/7).
(5) Check the connection and the
lock on both sides.
DANGER
Both bolts of the quick-change de-
vice must fit in the boreholes of the
bucket support and must be clearly
visible (6-3/arrow).
(6) Pull the pilot valve (4-8/7) up
and flip it back.
Dismounting
(1) Place the bucket firmly on the
ground.
(2) Flip the pilot valve (4-8/7) up
and push it down.
(3) Unlock the bucket by using the
hand lever of the auxiliary hydraulic
system (4-8/7).
(4) Tilt the quick-change device
and reverse out.
