f) Angle of Attack of the Drive Shaft
The drive shaft, which can be adjusted in inclination, optimises sliding of the model. Loosening the attachment screw
(1) may adjust the angle of attack of the drive shaft to the boat body slightly. After adjusting the angle of attack, you
must screw on the attachment screw again before operation of the model. Also regularly check tight fit of the drive
shaft holder (2).
The model sliding properties depend on many factors. For example, the weight and installation site of the
drive battery and/or the properties of the water surface (many or few waves) influence the model sliding
properties.
Therefore, these operating instructions can to offer specific setting information. You need to perform opera-
tion tests to find the best settings.
