SET THE MODE FOR THE RINSE PUMP
Once the previous parameter has been confirmed, you will access
this one.
Here you can set the RINSE PUMP mode.
Press the central button to confirm the shown selection.
By using the left or the right button, you can scroll through the four
available options: SPEED, TIMED, CYCLIC or QUANTITY.
•
In SPEED mode, the RINSE PUMP will run at the selected
speed for the duration of the RINSE signal
•
In TIMED mode, the RINSE PUMP will run at its maximum
speed for the programmed time once it has detected the
RINSE signal.
•
In CYCLIC mode, the RINSE PUMP will run indefinitely with a
programmed ON/OFF cycle, for the duration of the RINSE
signal.
•
In QUANTITY mode, on detection of the S2 signal, the
RINSE pump will turn on for the time needed to dose the
amount of chemical product indicated in the following point
34d, according to the calibration value.
The default choice is "SPEED".
Once the chosen option is displayed, press the central button to
confirm it. This selection will change what is the next parameter to
set.
SET THE SPEED OF THE RINSE PUMP
If you choose to control the RINSE PUMP in SPEED MODE, once the
previous parameter has been confirmed, this will be the next
parameter to set.
In this mode, the RINSE PUMP will run for as long as there is a signal
voltage present at the S2 input connector.
Press the central button to confirm the shown value.
By using the left or the right button, you can adjust the value from
15% to 100% in steps of 5%.
The default value is 50%.
Once the chosen option is displayed, press the central button to
confirm it.
SET THE DOSING TIME OF THE RINSE PUMP
If you choose to control the RINSE PUMP in TIME MODE, once the
parameter has been confirmed at the point 33, this will be the next
parameter to set.
In this mode, the RINSE PUMP will start as soon as a signal is
detected on the S2 input and will then run for the programmed time.
Press the central button to confirm the shown value.
By using the left or the right button, you can adjust the value from 1
sec to 30 sec in steps of 1 sec.
The default value is 15 sec.
Be aware that the pump will continue to dose for the programmed
time even if the signal present on the S2 input disappears. So, set the
run time equal to or less than the rinse cycle duration.
Once the chosen option is displayed, press the central button to
confirm it.
