SELECT THE KIND/SIZE OF THE MACHINE
Once the previous parameter has been confirmed, you will access
this one.
Here you can select the kind/size of machine you are working with,
and this will adjust the behaviour of the DETERGENT PUMP to
better suit the machine.
Press the central button to confirm the shown selection.
By using the left or the right button, you can scroll between the two
available options: SMALL and LARGE.
The default value is "SMALL".
Once the option of choice is displayed, press the central button to
confirm it.
If the selection is "SMALL", the machine will dose at maximum
speed in continuous mode until the 80% of the set point, then it will
stay 1 second ON – 1 seconds OFF until the set point has been
reached.
If the selection is "LARGE", the machine will dose at maximum
speed in continuous mode until the 80% of the set point, then it will
stay 7 seconds ON – 1 second OFF until the set point has been
reached.
SET OVER RUN ALARM
Once the previous parameter has been confirmed, you will access
this one.
Here you can enable or disable an OVER FEED ALARM, which
sounds when the DETERGENT PUMP has run for too long a time,
usually meaning that there is no chemical being dosed or a wrong
functioning of the conductivity probe.
Press the central button to confirm the shown selection.
By using the left or the right button, you can instead adjust the value
from "NO" to "20 minutes", in steps of 0.5 minutes.
The default value is "NO".
Once the chosen option is displayed, press the central button to
confirm it.
Note: The length of time chosen should be slightly less than the
actual Wash Cycle of the dishwasher.
This ofa time can be adjusted in "PROBE" mode while it is set at a
fixed value (automatically calculated by the system) in
"SIMPLIFIED" probe mode.
SET IF THE OVER RUN ALARM STOPS THE PUMP OR NOT
This option appears only if the "det ofa" at point 17 has been set at
a value other than "NO".
With this option the user can decide if the over feed alarm will stop
the pump or not when occurring. The selection can be made by
pressing left or right button.
