MONTAGE DE LA PLATE-FORME
ET DES VERINS DE ROTATION
Pour effectuer le montage de la plate-forme en aluminium,
utiliser les axes (18), précédemment démontés de la même
plate-forme, qui doivent être positionnés au moyen de l'outil
(19), (ce dernier est fourni à la livraison).
Abaisser les bras du hayon, aligner la plate-forme avec
l'articulation et actionner l'outil (19) sur l'axe (18), jusqu'à
ce que l'attache de l'articulation soit reliée à la plate-forme.
Fixer l'axe (18) avec la vis (21) en appliquant de la Loctite ou
la goupille élastique.
Bloquer les bouchons (20) en les encastrant dans la face
de la plate-forme
Le montage de la plate-forme en acier s'effectue avec les
axes fixés par des fourches et des vis.
ATTENTION
Au moment de l'installation des axes, faire attention
à l'alignement des logements sur les articulations,
de façon à ne pas endommager la couche de téflon
autolubrifiant des douilles.

INSTALLING THE PLATFORM
AND ROTATION CYLINDERS
In order to assemble the aluminium platform, use the pins (18)
that have been previously disassembled from the platform
itself, and position them by using the tool (19) (provided with
the original supply).
Lower the arms of the tail-lift, align the platform with the
articulation and operate on the bolt (18) with the tool (19) until
the joint connector is fastened to the platform.
Secure the pin (18) with screw (21) and Loctite threadlocker
or with the spring dowel.
Lock the plugs (20) by fitting them into the platform profile.
Steel platforms are installed with bolts secured by forks and
screws.
ATTENTION
When introducing the bolts, make sure that the seats
are aligned with the articulations so as not to damage
the self-lubricating teflon layer in the bushings.

Para realizar el montaje de la plataforma de aluminio se
utilizan los pernos (18) desmontados precedentemente de
la misma; dichos pernos deben ser colocados usando la
relativa herramienta (19) (entregada en el primer suministro).
Bajar los brazos de la compuerta, alinear la plataforma con la
articulación y utilizar la herramienta (19) para ajustar el perno
(18), hasta que la unión del articulación esté en conexión
con la plataforma.
Fijar el perno (18) con el tornillo (21) y sellador de roscas
loctite o con el pasador elástico.
Bloquear los tapones (20) engastándolos en el perfil de la
plataforma.
El montaje de las plataformas de acero se realiza con pernos
fijados por horquillas y tornillos.
ATENCIÓN
Durante la introducción de los pernos, prestar atención
a la alineación de los alojamientos con las articulacio-
nes para no dañar la capa de teflon autolubrificante de
los casquillos.
