What to do if there is an issue:
> Switch the product off and then on again.
> Follow the instructions below.
> If the product still does not work properly, contact help@duravit.com.
> Have the article number at hand. The article number can be found in the Techni-
cal Data at the end of the user manual, on the packaging label, on the product
label and in the app.

Problem
LED display (seat unit)
The LED display
flashes (red, green)
or a beep sounds.
The LED display
flashes orange.
General problems
Product does not
work.
Water is leaking out.

Potential cause
Malfunction
Descaling is necessary.
The product is switched
off (LED display is off).
The product is in standby
mode (LED display lights
up red).
Leakage
Solution
> Switch off the product.
> Disconnect the power
supply.
> Close the stop valve to
interrupt the water supply.
> Contact help@duravit.com.
> Descale the product.
> Press Power button once, to
deactivate the flashing.
> Switch on or plug in the
product.
> Activate the product.
> Switch off the product.
> Disconnect the power
supply.
> Close the stop valve to
interrupt the water supply.
