Troubleshooting support

Problem
No flushing or re-
duced flushing
Not possible to start
up.
Cause
The dirt filter is not
clean.
Corner valve is
closed.
Battery is empty.
Hose is pinched or
kinked.
There is no connec-
tion between the
control unit and the
electronic valve.
Electronic valve is
faulty.
Start-up has already
occurred.
Battery is empty.
Power supply cable
has been connected
incorrectly.
Solution
> Start system diag-
nosis (see Chapter
8.2).
> Clean the dirt filter
(see Chapter 6.3).
> Open the corner
valve.
> Replace the bat-
tery.
> Check the hoses.
> Check the connec-
tion cable.
> Replace the elec-
tronic valve.
> Perform a reset
(see Chapter 4.2).
> Replace the bat-
tery.
> Connect the power
supply unit cor-
rectly.
