Recommendation: Initial general action in case of a malfunction

> Disconnect the unit from the mains at the fuse box for at least
3 hours and then reconnect it again.
If your unit does still not work properly after following the
instructions mentioned below, contact help@duravit.com. Have
the article and serial number ready. These can be found on the
nameplate on the back of the operating instructions.
