Problem

Potential cause
The water spray
intensity has been
set to „Low".
The water supply
hose has buckled.
The water
temperature has
been set to „Off" or
„Low".
The „Water
temperature" has
been set to „High".
The function
automatically stops
after 2 minutes.
The spray nozzle is
clogged.
The „Seat
temperature" has
been set to „Off" or
„Low".
The product is in
the „Timed energy
saving mode".
Solution
> Adjust the "Water
spray intensity"
and/or to
„Medium" or „High".
> Contact your
installer.
> Adjust the "Water
temperature" to
„Medium" or „High".
> Adjust the „Water
temperature" to
„Medium" or „Low".
This is normal.
> Clean the spray
nozzle.
> Adjust the „Seat
temperature" to
„Medium" or „High".
This is normal.
> To heat the seat,
switch off the
„Timed energy
saving mode".
